Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 23 - 19 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Jannis Arvanitidis!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 35 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Jake Nelson!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Tarja Halkonen and Marco Blurström.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nelson tried to score with a low kick but Arvanitidis checks it.
Arvanitidis tries to score a power double leg takedown but Nelson sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Arvanitidis somewhat.
Arvanitidis uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Nelson.

Arvanitidis shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Nelson is trying to defend but Arvanitidis finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Well Nelson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
