Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Maxim Taisumov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Petr Cech (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Taisumov comes to the cage accompanied by eRa- Enae Volare Mezzo. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Maxim Taisumov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Petr Cech!
The judges for this bout are Illya Tyunina, Konstantin Menshow and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Taisumov, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Cech closes the distance but Taisumov moves to the side
and Taisumov counters with a two punch combo.
Cech has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Cech pulls out of a head kick attempt.
We've been told by Taisumov's head coaches at Iron Fist Training that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
Cech needs to keep his hands up - Taisumov had a free shot at his head there.
Taisumov feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Cech crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Maxim Taisumov!
