Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Isiah Nguyen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frankie Biggs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Nguyen tries to keep at a distance but Biggs has taken the fight into the clinch.
Nguyen jumps guard but Biggs stands there with Nguyen around his waist. Nguyen gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Nguyen.
Nguyen manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Nguyen misses with a hook to the ribs.
Nguyen has Biggs pressed against the cage, preventing Biggs from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

That was a close round but I would say that Isiah Nguyen will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Nguyen's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Biggs throws a perfectly timed hook that sends Nguyen crashing down! Nguyen tries to stagger back to his feet but Biggs just hammers him until the ref stops the fight! A confused Nguyen asks the ref what just happened. Poor fella.
