The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dantas fails with the takedown.
Metaxa connects with a good right hand that stumbles Dantas. Dantas circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
It looks like Jose Dantas has been cut.
Dantas takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Metaxa lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Metaxa scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Dantas is rocked!
Metaxa fakes the body blow, causing Dantas to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Dantas goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
