Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Linwood Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mikko Ylipauha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mikko Ylipauha has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Linwood Miller's chin.

The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Ben Zyskovitsi and Arvi Lind.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ylipauha throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Miller tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Ylipauha is in Miller's guard.
Miller controls Ylipauha momentarily but Ylipauha frees himself.
Ylipauha connects with a couple of short punches.
Miller preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Miller is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Ylipauha is positioning himself well to prevent Miller advancing to mount.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Ylipauha is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Ylipauha throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Ylipauha shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Miller manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Miller really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Miller working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Ylipauha doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Ylipauha manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Ylipauha keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Miller's head.
Miller bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Ylipauha's guard.
Ylipauha wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

Miller wants to control from the top but Ylipauha keeps moving.
Ylipauha has his hands on Miller's head, controlling the position.
Ylipauha is continuing to stall.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Ylipauha is on top in guard.
Ylipauha lands a couple of elbows.
Miller is looking for a triangle here but Ylipauha uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Miller can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Ylipauha controls the pace.
Let's hope that Ylipauha has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Ylipauha postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Miller covers up, he's hurt! Ylipauha keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Ylipauha and the ref steps in to end the fight! Ylipauha can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
