The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sigesige shoots in for a takedown but Bjj shows good takedown defense.

Bjj is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Sigesige is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Sigesige has escaped and now he's on top!

Bjj is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

Sigesige avoids a guillotine attempt easily.

Sigesige got a little sloppy there for a moment and Bjj has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Sigesige has managed to get both his arms back between Bjj's legs - danger averted.

Bjj working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Sigesige doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Sigesige manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Our spies down at at 11th Planet MMA inform us that Bjj has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off?

Sigesige slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

Bjj has managed to work for a loose triangle. I think Sigesige should be able to defend this one pretty easily though. Oh, Bjj has tightened it up now! Sigesige should have reacted faster there - he's in big trouble and yes, he's tapped out! This one is all over!
