Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Cotton Jericho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wayne McGain (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McGain shoots in looking for a takedown. Jericho tries to sprawl out of it but McGain keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Jericho manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Jericho throws a sloppy head kick and McGain moves out of range easily.
McGain tries for a takedown but Jericho sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Jericho shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and McGain counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Jericho is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Jericho tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Jericho throws a sloppy head kick and McGain moves out of range easily.

Jericho shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
McGain trying to keep a closed guard but Jericho is proving a slippery customer.
Jericho knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for McGain on the ground.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Jericho accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

McGain is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Jericho is aware though and is defending well.

Jericho throws a big right hand that misses.
Jericho will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

McGain had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Jericho defends it easily.
McGain preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
McGain is trying to control the position from the bottom.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Jericho trying to pass the guard. He's being very persistent here but McGain manages to land a sweep and now he's on top!

Jericho working away from the bottom but not quite defensive enough there because McGain has passed into half guard!
McGain is looking to advance position but Jericho won't allow it.
Jericho is looking to get back to full guard here but McGain has managed to pass to side control instead.

McGain is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Jericho is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Jericho is trying to get back to half guard.
Jericho is working hard here to advance position.
McGain prevents Jericho from escaping the position.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Jericho tries to wriggle free to get back to his feet but he's given up his back! Oops.
Jericho is defending well here and trying to improve his position.

McGain has the hooks in and he's looking for a rear naked choke here. Jericho is defending well but eventually McGain manages to get an arm under the chin and he's locked on the RNC! Jericho has no choice but to tap now! He does! This one is all over!
