Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dreifuss is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Dreifuss takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

Perry shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Dreifuss's guard.
Dreifuss really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Perry. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Perry might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Perry accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Dreifuss throws a couple of shots from the bottom but they don't land.
Perry is working Dreifuss over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

Perry is looking to work some ground and pound but Dreifuss has wrist control.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Perry drives through and clinches with Dreifuss against the cage.
Dreifuss prevents Perry from breaking the clinch.
Perry is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Dreifuss gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Perry has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Dreifuss avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Dreifuss looking to throw knees to the head but Perry is blocking nicely.

Perry goes for a takedown attempt but Dreifuss pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Perry has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Dreifuss's face.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Perry cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

Dreifuss is rocked!
Perry loads up on a couple of big shots to the head that have Dreifuss scrambling to escape. He can't get free though and several more unanswered shots from Perry land to the head. The referee has no choice but to stop the fight. Perry stands and salutes the crowd.
