Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Brett Butterfly (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Murray Esson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Esson fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Butterfly.

BOOM! Butterfly lands a beautiful left hook that drops Esson. Esson tries to recover but Butterfly is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Esson lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
