Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between William Wallace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kerry King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). King comes into a darkened arena with his song building. south of heaven kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
King throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Wallace shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts King as he jumps to the side.
King just misses with a punch to the body.
No joy there for King, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Wallace fails with a takedown attempt.
Wallace fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for William Wallace. That's going to take a lot out of him.
King swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Wallace tries to clinch up but King circles away and keeps his distance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
King ducks under a wild hook from Wallace.
King throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Wallace blocks a jab.
Wallace feints and as King raises his hands in defense, Wallace changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Wallace's corner. There ya go! There ya go!

Wallace passes King's left leg - he's now in half guard.
King is staying active underneath Wallace, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
Wallace content to control rather than advance.
Wallace throwing shots but King is blocking nicely.
Wallace lands strikes from half guard.

King is refusing to be controlled, as Wallace sits in half guard.
King really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Wallace. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Wallace is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for King!

Wallace throwing strikes here but King is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Wallace throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for King because Wallace loaded up on that one.
