Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Troy Warner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Lukas Korab (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lukas Korab has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Troy Warner!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Lukas Korab!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Sam Margolis and William Gold.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Warner throws a body punch but Korab moves out of range.

Korab shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Korab showed some decent athleticism there.
Korab is trying to control. Warner wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.
Korab passes the guard and advances to mount!
Korab cracks Warner with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Korab controlling the position easily from mount.
Korab's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Korab swings around for an armbar but it's a sloppy attempt and Warner is now in Korab's guard. A big mistake from Korab there, giving up the dominant position!
Korab has Warner pulled in close to control his posture.

Warner is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Korab is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Korab has escaped and now he's on top!

Korab advances position into side control!

Korab decides to stand back up. Korab steps back and let's Warner get back to his feet.
Warner could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
A looping hook to the body misses from Warner. Korab does a little dance to reset his feet.
Korab dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Warner. That did some damage!

Korab manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Warner on his heels. He'll look to pass Warner's guard now, I'm sure.

Korab gets to his feet. Warner looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!

Korab connects with a body shot.
Warner is breathing heavily.

Korab moves into the clinch.

Korab has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Warner regains guard immediately.

Korab wants to pass the guard but Warner is defending well.
Korab stalling.

Korab seems to be looking for submissions.
Korab missing with the ground and pound from half guard.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Warner keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Korab gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Korab leaning his opponent against the cage.
Korab is pressed up against the cage. Warner has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Korab down to the mat. Korab avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Warner thows a left - swing and a miss!
Korab lands with a nice body kick.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Warner bucks up and tries to throw Korab off but instead Korab has got his back!
Warner staying busy and making it hard for Korab to control.

Korab is persistently looking for the submission but Warner is defending it well.
Warner might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
What can Warner do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Korab keeps control of the position easily here as Warner tries to buck him off.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Korab is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Warner jumps into side control!
Korab gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Korab has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Warner is working away from the top position though.
Warner wants to stand up but Korab is controlling the position.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Warner is thwarting Korab's attempts to control the position.
Warner prevents Korab from improving his position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Warner throwing shots but Korab is blocking nicely.
Korab is looking for a sweep. Warner is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!

Warner is working for a kimura but Korab is defending it quite comfortably.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.

Korab drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Lukas Korab showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

That's time! Warner's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!


A lazy left from Warner finds it's target.

Korab closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Korab throws an elbow but Warner slips to the side and avoids it well.
Korab moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now.

Korab stands up and we're back to a striking position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Korab forces Warner back against the cage and clinches.

Warner is trying to pull guard but Korab turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Warner tries to pull guard but Korab holds him up against the cage and eventually Warner drops back down to his feet.

Korab gets a trip takedown into half guard.
Warner keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Korab takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Korab has been the more effective fighter overall so far.

Korab is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Warner has managed to free his arm - good work.

Warner is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Korab pulls his head out easily.

Korab prevents Warner from standing back up.

Korab stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Warner to get to his feet.
Korab misses with a wild body shot.
Warner chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Korab can pounce on him.

Korab manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Warner on his heels. He'll look to pass Warner's guard now, I'm sure.

Warner controls Korab momentarily but Korab frees himself.
Korab trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Korab seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Korab decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Warner, up you get!

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Korab scores with a takedown into Warner's guard.

Warner is working an open guard so Korab takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Korab throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Warner tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Korab is in Warner's guard.
Korab slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Warner can't keep his opponent in guard - Korab advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Korab frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.

And that's the end of the fight!
Lukas Korab comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Korab has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
