PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hazni Ali (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Andrey Voronkoff (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). He arrived on a last minute flight shortly after looking tired and unhappy. Officials decided the fight should still take place, much to the delight of the fans in attendance.
Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Hazni Ali and Andrey Voronkoff. Voronkoff has chosen System of a Down-Aerials as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Voronkoff gets caught flat footed, as Ali shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Voronkoff looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Ali is looking to work some ground and pound but Voronkoff has wrist control.
Voronkoff is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Voronkoff clinches up with Ali and pushes him back against the cage.
Ali is trying to break the clinch but Voronkoff has him pressed against the cage.

Voronkoff ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Voronkoff no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.

Hazni Ali overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.

It looks like Andrey Voronkoff has been cut.
Voronkoff takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
Ali lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

Voronkoff is rocked!

Ali postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Voronkoff badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Ali around the waist but Ali pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Ali is the winner by TKO! Ali jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
