The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No joy there for Callihan, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Clapton throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Callihan avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Callihan looks to land a combination. Clapton sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Callihan throws a series of punches but Clapton moves out of range.
Callihan shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Callihan throws a nice looking combination but Clapton bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Callihan moves out of range of the leg kick from Clapton.
Callihan misses with a series of wild punches.

Clapton clinches up with Callihan and pushes him back against the cage.
Callihan is trying to break the clinch but Clapton has him pressed against the cage.
Clapton wants to break the clinch but can't.
Clapton goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Clapton trying to control the position but instead, Callihan has worked for underhooks and has pushed Clapton into the cage.

Clapton escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Clapton fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Callihan stuffs the takedown.
Clapton tries to clinch up but Callihan circles away and keeps his distance.
Clapton looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Callihan is fending him off so far but Clapton persists. Nope, Callihan circles away and we're back to standing.
Harry Callihan has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eric Clapton.
Clapton throws a head kick that misses.
Callihan throws a combination. Clapton tries to block but a couple of punches get through.
Callihan misses with a few strikes there.
Clapton shoots in and drives through. Callihan sprawls well.

Clapton shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Clapton was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Clapton looks gassed!
Clapton won't let Callihan get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.

Clapton is controlling this nicely and is looking to make no mistakes. Callihan is trying to wiggle out of this horrible position. Callihan flips to his side and attempts to get a leg in for half guard. Clapton anticipates the leg and manages to get behind Callihan and secures both hooks! This could be bad! Clapton slips an arm under Callihan chin and tries to position for a rear naked choke. Clapton has worked the choke in now and it looks tight. Clapton is squeezing on Callihan like an anaconda would it's prey. Callihan fails to tap and has fallen unconscious! We've got ourselves a winner by way of a rear naked choke!
