Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tyrell Bowers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Boffy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Boffy misses with a body shot.
Boffy falls off balance throwing a combination

and Bowers counters by moving into the clinch.
Bowers swings wildly with an uppercut but Boffy uses good head movement to avoid it.
Boffy is trying to break free.
Bowers misses with a short punch on the inside.
Bowers tries to land a knee to the head but Boffy blocks with his arms.
Boffy is trying to break the clinch but Bowers has him pressed against the cage.
Boffy blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bowers tries for a takedown but Boffy manages to get underhooks.
A head punch blocked on the inside by Boffy.
Boffy wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Bowers jumps guard but Boffy stands there with Bowers around his waist. Bowers gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Bowers tries to work over Boffy's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Boffy is pressed up against the cage. Bowers has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Boffy down to the mat. Boffy avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tyrell Bowers. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Bowers finds himself stumbling back on wobbly legs after being clipped by a right hand. He's up against the cage, ducking and weaving under Boffy's strikes but an uppercut finds it's way through and Bowers falls! - He's completely out of it and the ref jumps in to save him!
