The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Narcissus just misses with a punch to the body.
Maenpaa connects with a body shot that sends Narcissus's belly button to the back.
Maenpaa should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.
Maenpaa is looking to land body kicks.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Narcissus crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Maenpaa - the referee stops the clock and Narcissus gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Maenpaa. Narcissus manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Maenpaa has eaten all the pies!

Maenpaa has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Maenpaa misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Maenpaa moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Maenpaa digs a good hook to Narcissus's body.
Narcissus is breathing heavily.
Maenpaa chopping away at his opponent's legs.
Maenpaa fakes the leg kick and cracks Narcissus in the body.
Narcissus blocks a head kick by Maenpaa.
A left lands for Maenpaa.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Maenpaa throws a body punch but Narcissus moves out of range.
Maenpaa goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Maenpaa misses with a body kick.

Maenpaa drops a shoulder and throws a biiiig uppercut that drops Narcissus onto his butt! Narcissus pops straight back to his feet to convince the referee that he's OK to continue.

It looks like Alphonsus Narcissus has been cut.
Narcissus ducks right into an uppercut from Maenpaa.

Narcissus is rocked!

That's one minute gone in the round.
OH! Narcissus has been rocked by a huge right hand and is in deep trouble! Maenpaa smells blood and charges in for the finish! Maenpaa unloads a vicious overhand right and connects to the jaw of Narcissus sending him face first to the canvas! Unbelievable!
