Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Clifford George!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Lukas Korab!
The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, James Ackerman and William Gold.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Korab.

George looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Korab controls George momentarily but George frees himself.

George is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Korab is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Korab has escaped and now he's on top!


Korab decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on George, up you get!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Korab shoots in looking for a takedown. George tries to sprawl out of it but Korab keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. George manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Korab fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Clifford George has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Lukas Korab.

Korab shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as George sprawls well. George wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Korab gets slowly back to his feet.

George tries to keep at a distance but Korab has taken the fight into the clinch.
George gets underhooks to prevent Korab's takedown attempt.
Korab wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
George fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
George is pressed up against the cage. Korab has hold of a leg and is looking to drag George down to the mat. George avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Nice takedown defense from Korab. No joy for George on that attempt.
George closes this distance looking for a takedown but Korab circles away.

George closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Korab did well to prevent George getting side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
George slips a nice elbow through Korab's hands, connecting with Korab's forehead.

Korab is looking for a sweep. George is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Korab is persisting with the attempt to improve his position.
George tries to stand but his hand is stuck under Korab.

Korab has hold of George's hands but George slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.

George is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Korab is just riding it out for now. George eventually gives up the hold.
George wants to stand up but Korab is controlling the position.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Korab drives through and clinches with George against the cage.
George gets underhooks to prevent Korab's takedown attempt.
Korab is trying to pull guard but George turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Korab is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Korab looks winded!
Both fighters working to control the clinch.

George decides to pull guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
George thows some rabbit punches from the bottom but they don't do any damage.

George is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Korab defends well.

George is working an open guard so Korab takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Clifford George dominated that round.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Korab jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as George walks away with a smile on his face. Korab gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Korab rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but George moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Korab throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.

George tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Korab paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Korab shoots for a double leg takedown but George sprawls well. He's pushed Korab's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

George dives in and scores a takedown into Korab's guard.
Korab is trying to control the position but George postures up.

George decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

Korab has George up against the cage in a clinch.
George lands a shoulder strike.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
George slows down the pace here.

An uppercut on the inside fails to land for George.
George is pressed up against the cage. Korab has hold of a leg and is looking to drag George down to the mat. George avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Lukas Korab showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!

George tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Korab smiles and moves away.
No luck for George with that takedown attempt.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Korab scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.

I would just about give that final round to Lukas Korab.
I think Korab has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
