The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Batista Da Silva rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Guy moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Guy delivers a nice body kick.
Guy displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Batista Da Silva.
Guy shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Batista Da Silva is trying to defend but Guy finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Guy tries to buck Batista Da Silva off but Batista Da Silva is having none of it.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Batista Da Silva scores with a couple of nice shots to the head there. The referee takes a look at Guy to see if he's OK.

A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Batista Da Silva.
Guy is sent reeling backwards by a solid uppercut. He barely regains his balance and Batista Da Silva moves in for the kill throwing a continuous barrage of punches that force the ref to step in.
