Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Thaddeus Anthony (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Derryl Karroki (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Karroki throws a left and a right that both miss
and Anthony counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Karroki falls off balance throwing a combination
and Anthony counters with a series of strikes. Karroki will be more careful next time no doubt.
Karroki throws a nice looking combination but Anthony bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Karroki tries to keep at a distance but Anthony has taken the fight into the clinch.

Karroki breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Karroki throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Anthony.
Karroki misses with a jab, cross combination.
Karroki misses with a wild combination.
Karroki fails to land with a series of punches.
Anthony misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Sloppy strikes from Karroki. Those never looked like landing.

Anthony rushes Karroki and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Anthony breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Karroki misses with the combination.

Anthony shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard.

Anthony stands up and beckons Karroki to join him on the feet.
Karroki rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Anthony moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

and Anthony counters with a right hand to the body.

Anthony looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.

Anthony in half guard on the top. He's looking for a kimura... He's got it locked and he's managed to free his trapped foot. Karroki tries to escape but it's on too tight and he has to tap! Great BJJ skills there from Anthony!
