Jaffer's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, DubRaider- Starry Eyes. James Jaffer is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Punk tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Jaffer counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Punk tries to clinch up

and Jaffer counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Jaffer.
Punk is trying to hold Jaffer in close to prevent damage but Jaffer has managed to pass into half guard.
Jaffer throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Punk is trying to maintain the position but Jaffer is very close to passing his half guard.

Jaffer is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Punk is just riding it out for now. Jaffer eventually gives up the hold.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Well, if Jaffer is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

Jaffer perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
Jaffer frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Jaffer lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Punk is working to get back to half guard.
Punk is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Jaffer has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Punk's face.
The referee warns Punk that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.

Jaffer looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Jaffer cracks Punk with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Jaffer lands a big shot there that rocks Punk but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Jaffer takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

A big strike lands for Jaffer! That's really hurt Punk and he's turned his back - Jaffer keeps firing away and the ref dives in to stop the fight! Jaffer jumps to his feet to celebrate the victory!
