Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tristan First (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Felix Aguinaga (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 2 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Tristan First!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Felix Aguinaga!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Andrew Berry and Paul Tew.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Aguinaga fails with a takedown attempt from distance.
Aguinaga doesn't manage to clinch there - First circles away.
Aguinaga misses with a few strikes there.
Aguinaga throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around First's waist but First gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Aguinaga off to one side.
Aguinaga swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
A slow jab from First misses its intended target.
Aguinaga throws a wild body kick that First sees coming a mile off.
No joy there for Aguinaga, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

and Aguinaga counters with a nice uppercut.

Aguinaga shoots in but First avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Tristan First has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Felix Aguinaga.

Aguinaga ducks down and throws a hook to the body but First moves away.

First bobbing and weaving well here. And he's unloaded with a massive right hand that drops Aguinaga! He dives into his guard looking to finish!

First is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Aguinaga can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
First throws an elbow from mount that misses. Lucky escape for Aguinaga because First loaded up on that one.
Aguinaga sneaks a leg under to get to half guard.

Aguinaga is landing with some decent strikes but First is trying to advance his position so the referee is letting the fight continue.

First is trying to control but can't.
Aguinaga throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
First is pressing down on Aguinaga's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.
First keeping moving, preventing Aguinaga from controlling successfully.

First escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Aguinaga gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Aguinaga keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of First's head.

First had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Aguinaga is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. First Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Aguinaga's back instead.
Aguinaga turns into First and is now in his guard.
Aguinaga connects with a couple of short punches.

Aguinaga wants to control but First is keeping him busy.
First is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Aguinaga off and has taken his back!
First wants to control but Aguinaga manages to buck him off and is now in First's guard! Nice work there by Aguinaga!

First looking for a guillotine here but Aguinaga defends easily.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Tristan First will probably get the nod.
That's time! First's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Aguinaga is breathing heavily.
Aguinaga closes the distance and clinches up with First, looking for a takedown. Aguinaga pushes First against the ropes but First circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Tristan First has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Felix Aguinaga.
First swats away the attempt to clinch by Aguinaga.
First fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
First takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
First drops Aguinaga with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Aguinaga looks back up at him and smiles so First waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.


Aguinaga is rocked!
Aguinaga is trying desperately to land a takedown but First is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Aguinaga.
First thows a left - swing and a miss!
Aguinaga is still on wobbly legs! Can First finish him?

Donk. First catches Aguinaga right on the button with a cross.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
First throws a jab but it's blocked by Aguinaga.
First connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Aguinaga momentarily.
A shot to de liver by First. Beautiful body shot.
Aguinaga uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from First.
First uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Aguinaga has time to react.
First throws a big overhand right that connects, sending Aguinaga tumbling to the canvas!
First postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! Aguinaga covers up, he's hurt! First keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from First and the ref steps in to end the fight! First can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:04 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Tristan First!
