The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kai Man ducks under a wild hook from Barsikovich.
Kai Man throws a right hand that Barsikovich ducks under and follows up with a left that Barsikovich also avoids with ease.
A slow jab from Barsikovich misses its intended target.
A slapping body kick lands there for Kai Man.
Kai Man tries to close the distance and clinch up but Barsikovich swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Kai Man looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
A telegraphed right hand from Barsikovich misses the target.
Barsikovich looks to land a right hand but Kai Man moved out of range.
Kai Man tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Barsikovich manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
A left and a right from Kai Man both land. Nice combination.
Barsikovich throws a lazy right hand but Kai Man sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Kai Man misses with a two punch combination.
Kai Man misses with a double jab.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Good shot there by Barsikovich.
Kai Man looks to land a body kick but Barsikovich moved away.
Kai Man throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Barsikovich.
Barsikovich misses with an uppercut.
Barsikovich connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Kai Man lands a head kick that stumbles Barsikovich and the fighters go to the mat.

Barsikovich is rocked!

That's one minute gone in the round.
Kai Man sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Barsikovich's guard.
Oh Barsikovich is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Kai Man is thwarting Barsikovich's attempts to control the position.
Kai Man passes to side control.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Kai Man is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Barsikovich is trying to escape and Kai Man transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Barsikovich is forced to tap! Nice work there by Kai Man! Very nice indeed!
