Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Happy Gilmore (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Manny Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diaz has chosen National Anthem as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. Happy Gilmore could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Manny Diaz's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Diaz shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Gilmore as he jumps to the side.

Diaz drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Gilmore manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Diaz has Gilmore in his guard.

Gilmore tries to bum rush Diaz with a series of wild strikes but Diaz uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

The fight stays on the outside here - Diaz looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
