Zawadzki closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Zawadzki wants to lay and pray for a moment but Santos keeps working.

Santos's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Zawadzki is holding on here and Santos must be using up a lot of energy. Zawadzki has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Santos gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
