Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Hiro Tsanaka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jamal Hooktayafeace (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Hooktayafeace shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Hooktayafeace was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!
Tsanaka tries to improve position but can't.
Hooktayafeace tries to stand but Tsanaka is controlling his head.
Hooktayafeace really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Tsanaka. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Tsanaka manages to get one leg in to regain half guard.
Hooktayafeace is trying to get back to his feet now but his leg is trapped.
Tsanaka is trying to stand.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hooktayafeace tries to stand and escape but Tsanaka is controlling the position.
Tsanaka is holding on to half guard well.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Tsanaka is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Hooktayafeace pulls his head out easily.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hooktayafeace wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Tsanaka's closed guard. He's half up but Tsanaka has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Tsanaka pivots and extends the arm, Hooktayafeace falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Tsanaka! Well done that man!
