Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy Buffet (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ghoul Ghotha (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Buffet's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Margaritaville. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Buffet clinches up against the cage.
I was talking to Buffet's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.

Buffet pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Ghotha shoots and misses
and Buffet counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Ghotha displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Buffet throws out the jab.
Buffet lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Ghotha circles away quickly and effectively.
Ghotha shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Buffet counters with a good, hard body kick but Ghotha shrugs it off.
Ghotha keeps the fight on the outside.
Ghotha takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Buffet misses with a lunging right hand

and Ghotha counters with a single leg into guard. Buffet didn't expect that.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Ghotha won't allow Buffet to sweep him here.
Ghotha keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Buffet's head.
Ghotha stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Buffet swivels though and keeps the full guard.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Ghotha wants to control from the top but Buffet keeps moving.
Ghotha throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Buffet works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Buffet had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Ghotha defends it easily.

Ghotha got a little sloppy there for a moment and Buffet has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Ghotha has managed to get both his arms back between Buffet's legs - danger averted.

My spies in The Warehouse inform me that Ghotha has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends!

Ghotha is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Buffet has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Ghotha is looking to defend but Buffet has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Ghotha! Buffet pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Ghotha taps out and this one is all over!

Jimmy Buffet tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
