The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paine throws a head kick but Garza moves out of range.
Paine throws a sloppy head kick and Garza moves out of range easily.
Paine lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Paine throws a lazy head kick

and Garza counters by clinching up.
Paine is trying to force a seperation but Garza has the dominant position.
Garza lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.

Garza's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Paine punishes Garza's body with a nice straight punch.
Garza tries to clinch there but Paine circles away.
Paine throws a head kick but Garza moves out of range.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Paine's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Paine duly obliges.

It looks like Mathew Garza has been cut.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Paine - that will leave a mark!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Paine throws a sloppy head kick and Garza moves out of range easily.
Garza avoids a punch combination nicely.

Paine connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Paine lands a jab and follows it up with a massive straight that knocks Garza out cold! Garza is crumpled in the corner, his head only propped up by the cage! That's one for the organiziational promos right there! Wow, what a finish!
