The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Churchall shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Dawson counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Dawson fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Churchall manages to avoid it.
Churchall darts in looking for a takedown but Dawson gets double underhooks and turns Churchall into the cage.
Dawson wants to break free but Churchall has control.
Dawson is trying to break free.

Dawson manages to break the clinch.
Churchall takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Dawson lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Whack! Dawson lands a heavy head kick that drops Churchall. The ref tackles Dawson to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Churchall was done.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Mike Dawson!
A relieved looking Mike Dawson thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
