Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Matt Green (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Antonio Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Green's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Can you hear me now - Hollywood Undead. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

With a record of 6 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Antonio Silva!
The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Roosa Järviläinen and Matti Vanhoillinen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva throws a head kick but Green moves out of range.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Silva.

Green drives through with a takedown into guard.
Green looking to control the position here, rather than advance.
Green with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Green connects with a couple of short punches.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Green scoring with some ground and pound.

Silva had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Green defends it easily.
Green has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Green's corner is telling him to maintain position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Silva wants to stand but Green is controlling the position.

Green's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Green makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Green sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Silva's guard.
Silva is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Silva wants to control but Green is keeping busy.

Silva tries to lock up and control but Green gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Green has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Silva's face.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Silva can do anything to dispel that myth.
