Williams comes to the cage accompanied by Infinite Mass - Bullet. Ezekiel Hughes has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Hughes accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Hughes has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Williams has momentary wrist control but Hughes slips an elbow through the middle.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
Hughes scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that Jericho Williams will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Williams looks up at the clock. Bad move! Hughes lands a right hand from hell, dropping Williams. Hughes pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
