Wallace kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is 2 steps from hell. The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Phil Schofield and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shamrock tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Wallace defends well and Shamrock ends up having to push Wallace into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Wallace manages to break the clinch.
William Wallace seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Wallace has Shamrock up against the cage in a clinch.

Wallace lands with a kick to the temple. Shamrock shrugs as if to say "is that all you've got?"
Shamrock shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Wallace napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Wallace wants to get back to his feet.
Shamrock has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Wallace is trying to get out of the position but his squirming has just got him deeper into trouble. Shamrock yanks on the arm and Wallace is forced to tap due to a very painful looking submission! Nice work by Shamrock.

Frankie Shamrock was full of energy after the big win and talked about how he thinks he can do big things in this sport. The crowd were appreciative of his determination to succeed.
