The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Adams tries to close the distance and clinch up but Waterson swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Waterson wants to slow Adams down by chopping away at his legs.
Adams throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Waterson.

Waterson dives in and grabs Adams's left leg, looking for a takedown. Adams pushes down on Waterson's head and hops out.
