And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Mirko Filipovic!
The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Daniel Bishop and Chris Edwards.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Filipovic throws a head kick that misses.

Condit rushes Filipovic and presses him up against the cage.
Filipovic wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Condit has him pressed against the cage.
Filipovic has had enough of the clinch but Condit keeps him there for the moment.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Condit.

Condit pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Condit lands a big right hand that sends Filipovic crashing to the mat! Condit stays standing though and waves Filipovic back to his feet!

Filipovic is rocked!

It looks like Mirko Filipovic has been cut.
Condit will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Filipovic is still on wobbly legs! Can Condit finish him?

Condit has managed to clinch.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Filipovic tries to circle away but Condit has him pinned against the cage.
Condit prevents Filipovic from breaking the clinch.
Condit lands with a short head shot on the inside.

Condit escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Condit fakes the body blow, causing Filipovic to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Filipovic goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!
