Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Dollar Bill (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Ortiz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the ring it seems that Dollar Bill has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Dollar Bill seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Leandro Rodrigues and Thiago Cunha.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ortiz fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Bill avoids it really well and circles away.
Bill tries to clinch but Ortiz moves away
and Ortiz counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Ortiz misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Bill shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Ortiz's guard.

Ortiz tries to land a sweep but no joy.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Ortiz throws an elbow that misses. Bill uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Ortiz's guard. Nice move by Bill!

Ortiz manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Bill manages to get himself to full guard.

Ortiz throws a strike but Bill rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Ortiz has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Ortiz is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Ortiz keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Bill's head.

Ortiz lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.

Bill is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Ortiz scores with a couple of nice shots.
Ortiz lands with a punch from half guard.
Ortiz takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists.

Ortiz lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt.
Oh Bill is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!

Bill is breathing heavily.
Ortiz lands a big elbow - Bill is out of it! He's waving his arms around but his eyes are closed and he's not intelligently defending himself - the ref has no choice but to jump in and stop the fight! This one is in the books! A TKO win for Ortiz!
