Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Castiel Vien (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rocky Balboa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters really staring each other down here, as Rocky Balboa enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Castiel Vien!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Rocky Balboa!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, John Roberts and Reed Andrews.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vien pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Vien throws a series of punches but Balboa moves out of range.

Balboa takes the fight into the clinch.
Vien tries to pull guard but Balboa won't allow it.
Vien keeps control of Balboa as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Balboa wants to break free but Vien has control.
Balboa is looking to take this one to the mat.
Balboa has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Castiel Vien seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Balboa throws a right and a left that Vien avoids nicely.
Vien takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Balboa dodges the punch combination from Vien.
Vien takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
Vien throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Balboa walks into a left hand.


It looks like Rocky Balboa has been cut.

Balboa throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Vien.
Balboa lands a nice looking body shot.

Balboa instigates a clinch.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Balboa has had enough of the clinch but Vien keeps him there for the moment.
Balboa wants to break free but Vien has control.

Vien changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Balboa fights it off and pushes away nicely.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Castiel Vien. That's going to take a lot out of him.
The crowd cheers as Vien lands an impressive looking overhand right. Balboa doesn't seem phased though.
Vien doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Balboa rushes Vien and presses him up against the cage.
Vien drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.

Balboa jumps guard.

Balboa is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Vien presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.
Vien is trying to drag Balboa to the mat but Balboa just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.
Vien is breathing heavily.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Balboa wants to break free but Vien has control.

Balboa manages to break the clinch.
Vien tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Balboa was well out of range. Poor timing from Vien.
Balboa fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Balboa looks to land a combination. Vien sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Vien throws a jab when Balboa was well out of range.

Vien misses with an uppercut.

Balboa gets a clinch.

Balboa's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Rocky Balboa dominated that round.

The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Balboa gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Vien is looking to take this one to the mat.
Balboa is pressed up against the cage. Vien has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Balboa down to the mat. Balboa avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

Balboa is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Vien rather than just go for the knockout.
Balboa throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Vien stumbling backwards into the cage! Vien bounces back off the cage towards Balboa, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Balboa lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Balboa celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:54 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Rocky Balboa!
The defeated Castiel Vien had this to say: 'It was a very Good fight, and he was good too, better than me, but no for a long time.'.
