Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Sten Biller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Calogero Anello (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Biller comes into the arena with Lützenkirchen- Nutcracker blaring out of the sound system. Sten Biller has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Biller darts in and clinches Anello up against the cage.
Biller tries a knee to the head but Anello blocks it.
Anello has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.

Biller turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and Biller manages to end up in side control.
Anello felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Biller swings around for an armbar but Anello sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Biller's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Biller shoots in looking for a takedown. Anello tries to sprawl out of it but Biller keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Anello manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Anello throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Biller walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Biller throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Anello's waist but Anello gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Biller off to one side.
Anello throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Biller stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.

The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Biller drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Anello manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Biller has Anello in his guard.

Biller is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Anello defends well.

Biller looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Anello has picked Biller up and slammed him! Biller can't keep hold of the triangle and Anello manages to pass to side control!

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
