Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Josh West, Paul Gruel and Roger Salmon.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ivanovic gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Gutierrez counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.
Ivanovic changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Gutierrez tries to avoid it but Ivanovic manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Gutierrez to the ground. Gutierrez escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Ivanovic closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Gutierrez did well to prevent Ivanovic getting side control.
Gutierrez is trying is best to control the position here.

Ivanovic tries to stand but his arm is trapped.

Gutierrez might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Ivanovic avoids the attempt from Gutierrez to control.
Ivanovic takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Gutierrez reaches up to try and control the position but Ivanovic seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Gutierrez rolls and tries to escape and now Ivanovic has his back!
Gutierrez is trying to break free.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Gutierrez trying to control the action but Ivanovic just sinks the hooks in.
Despite being in a bad position, Gutierrez is controlling the hands, preventing any submission attempts.
Ivanovic is working for the choke. I would put my money on him to finish from this position. He's rolled onto his back and has dragged Gutierrez with him. Gutierrez is trying to defend but Ivanovic has an arm under the chin now! Gutierrez grimaces and is forced to tap out!
