Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Nolan Rollins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nigga Rich (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Nigga Rich has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Nolan Rollins!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Nigga Rich!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Eliza Hachem and Damien Edna.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Rollins gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily

and Rich counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Rollins wants to improve his position but Rich is controlling well.

Rich seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Rollins does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Rich not landing any meaningful shots this time.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Rollins changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Rich tries to avoid it but Rollins manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Rich to the ground. Rich escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Rollins shoots in and bounces Rich off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Rollins throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Rich works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Rich is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Rollins is controlling him.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Rollins could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Rich is wriggling around but Rollins manages to pass to half guard.
Rollins missing with some ground and pound from the half guard.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Rich looks like he's trying to stand up.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Rollins darts in looking for a takedown but Rich gets double underhooks and turns Rollins into the cage.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Nolan Rollins. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Rollins manages to pull guard. Let's see whether he can land a sub off his back.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Rich lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Rollins keeping moving, preventing Rich from controlling successfully.
Rich loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
Rich wants to control from the top but Rollins keeps moving.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Rich sitting in guard, not really doing much.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
Rollins closes the distance and clinches up with Rich, looking for a takedown. Rollins pushes Rich against the cage but Rich circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Nigga Rich will probably get the nod.
That's time! Rollins's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

so Rich counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Rich is looking to work some ground and pound but Rollins has wrist control.
Rich wants to control from the top but Rollins keeps moving.
Rich looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Rich throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.

Rich lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Rich is in close to Rollins's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Rich with a flurry of punches that miss.
Rich postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Rollins tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Rich defends well and Rollins ends up having to push Rich into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Rollins jumps guard but Rich turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Nolan Rollins. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Rollins tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Rich smiles and moves away.
Rich defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Rollins.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Rich stuffs the takedown attempt from Rollins. Rollins gets slowly back to his feet.

and Rich counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Rollins!
Nigga Rich has got the better of the ground game so far.
Rich lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Rollins down.
Rich cracks Rollins with a big right hand but Rollins just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Rollins is rocked!
Rich lands a big left to the face of Rollins, bouncing his head like a basketball. Another shot from Rich and another - Rollins is out! Rich stands up and salutes his fans, who are going crazy in the stands.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:55 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Nigga Rich!
