Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, David Ballentine!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Thiago Echano!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Paulsen Ambrosius and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Echano throws out a loose jab but Ballentine uses good head movement to avoid it.
A slapping leg kick lands for Ballentine.
Ballentine lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Ballentine stalks Echano and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Echano's face. Echano staggers backwards, shaken.
Ballentine shoots in for a takedown and gets it.
Ballentine is just content to waste time from the top position. Echano takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.
Echano wants to get back to his feet but Ballentine is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Ballentine lands a couple of elbows.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Ballentine throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
Echano is working an open guard so Ballentine takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Echano misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Ballentine.
Ballentine scores with a punch to the head.
Echano stuns Ballentine with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Echano dodges the punch combination from Ballentine.
Ballentine needs to keep his hands up - Echano had a free shot at his head there.
Ballentine scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
Echano dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Ballentine. That did some damage!
Echano misses with a combination
and Ballentine counters with a nice body shot.
Echano shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.
Echano misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Ballentine avoids the head kick by Echano.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Echano tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Echano looks winded!

Ballentine has managed to clinch.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Ballentine creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Ballentine manages to break the clinch.
Ballentine shoots in for a takedown but Echano shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Ballentine moves out of range of the strikes.
Echano lands with an uppercut that bounces Ballentine off the cage and back into range.
Good standup being displayed there by Ballentine as he connects with a hook.
Ballentine moves out of range of the body kick from Echano.
Ballentine lands a nice shot that snaps Echano's head back.
Echano bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Thiago Echano is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Echano pushes Ballentine away with a front kick.
A left and a right from Echano both land. Nice combination.
Echano tries a head kick but it misses.
That's three minutes gone in the round.
Ballentine throws a series of strikes that have Echano backpedaling.
Echano is rocked!
Ballentine lands with a big right hook that stumbles Echano - he's out on his feet here! Ballentine follows up with another monster hook that separates Echano from consciousness! Echano falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Ballentine stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
