The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kelades takes one to the chin there.

It looks like Kenny Kelades has been cut.
Sheppards scores with a one two! Kelades had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Sheppards has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Kelades is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Sheppards.
