Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Diego Sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jussier Lima (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Sanchez might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Not Afraid - Eminen. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are James Glass, Phil Schofield and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sanchez feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Lima escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Sanchez gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Sanchez drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Sanchez jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Sanchez gets to his feet - Lima follows without any prompting.
Excellent takedown into side control there by Sanchez.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Sanchez has knee on belly and moves into mount.
Lima tries to hold on but Sanchez pushes him away.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Lima is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Sanchez locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Lima is forced to tap!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Diego Sanchez!
An out of breath Diego Sanchez thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
