Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Lazzaro Lorenzo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ruben Pierre (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ruben Pierre will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Thiago Cunha and Alexandre Firmino.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pierre connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Pierre lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Pierre uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Lorenzo.
Lorenzo throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Lorenzo really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Pierre throws a nice looking combination but Lorenzo bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Pierre throws a leg kick which misses Lorenzo's front leg but catches the back leg as Lorenzo tries to avoid it.
Lorenzo looks to score with a jab to the body but Pierre is just out of range.
Lorenzo looks to land a left hand but Pierre moved out of range nicely.
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Pierre checks a leg kick.
Nice shot lands for Lorenzo.
It looks like Ruben Pierre has been cut.
Lorenzo takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Pierre scores with a jab. Lorenzo acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lorenzo tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Pierre was well out of range. Poor timing from Lorenzo.
Pierre throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Lorenzo stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Pierre lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Lorenzo lands a nice leg kick that just misses Pierre's sensitive parts.
A head kick misses from Pierre.
Pierre blocks a low kick nicely.
Pierre gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Lorenzo pushes down on Pierre's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Lorenzo is controlling the pace.
Lorenzo is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Pierre is just riding it out for now. Lorenzo eventually gives up the hold.
Pierre is looking to improve his position.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Lorenzo is controlling the pace.
Lorenzo wants to pass the guard but Pierre is defending well.

Lorenzo is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Pierre defends it well.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Pierre wants to control but Lorenzo is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Lorenzo looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Pierre tries to kick Lorenzo off but Lorenzo keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
Pierre keeping his head moving to avoid the ground and pound.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
It looks like Lorenzo is going to stand back up.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Lorenzo fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Pierre has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Lazzaro Lorenzo seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pierre turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
Pierre throws a nice head kick!
Lorenzo fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Pierre checks it well.
Lorenzo tried to score with a low kick but Pierre checks it.
Lorenzo wants to slow Pierre down by chopping away at his legs.
Lorenzo pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Pierre back to the cage. Lorenzo follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Sloppy strikes from Lorenzo. Those never looked like landing.
Pierre lands with an overhand left.
Pierre throws a sloppy head kick and Lorenzo moves out of range easily.

Lorenzo throws a series of punches but Pierre moves out of range.
Pierre connects with a body shot that sends Lorenzo's belly button to the back.
Lorenzo lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Pierre is rocked!
Pierre circles to his right, straight into a beautiful hook by Lorenzo. Pierre falls face first into the canvas - great knockout victory for Lorenzo!
