Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sandor Clegane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Damian Koza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Sandor Clegane!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Damian Koza!
The judges for this bout are Winston Alpacca, Daniel Franklin and Santiago Holmes.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Clegane tries to close the distance and clinch but Koza swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Clegane feints a jab promting Koza to slip. Clegane then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Koza slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Clegane throws a nice head kick!
Clegane scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Clegane is looking to clinch but Koza is avoiding it.
Clegane wants to slow Koza down by chopping away at his legs.
Koza takes one to the chin there.
Clegane swats away the attempt to clinch by Koza.
Clegane looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Clegane tries to bum rush Koza with a series of wild strikes but Koza uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Clegane misses with a body kick.
Koza tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Clegane counters with a nice low kick that buckles Koza's knee momentarily.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and Koza holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Clegane managing to block the knees to the body from Koza.
Clegane takes an elbow to the temple.


It looks like Sandor Clegane has been cut.
A frustrated look appears on Clegane's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Koza gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.
Koza creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Clegane's defenses.
Nice elbow from Koza.
Clegane connects with a knee to the head.
Clegane trying to stall but Koza improves his position.
Clegane misses with a short punch on the inside.
Clegane throws a knee to the head but misses.
Koza lands an elbow inside that Clegane shrugs off.
Koza is pushing Clegane up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
Koza lands an elbow just above Clegane 's eye.

Clegane is trying to break the clinch but Koza is controlling him.
Koza has Clegane pressed against the cage.
Koza gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.


Sandor Clegane's cut is getting worse.
Koza lands a knee to the body.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
The pace really dropping off here, momentarily.
Koza has Clegane pressed against the cage, preventing Clegane from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Clegane escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Sandor Clegane seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Koza looks to land a left hand but Clegane moved out of range nicely.

Clegane cracks Koza with a good jab.
Clegane tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Koza misses with a jab, cross combination.

Koza clinches up against the cage.
Koza lands an elbow that stopped Clegane in his tracks for a moment.
Clegane takes an elbow to the forehead.
Clegane takes an elbow to the temple.
Koza landing knees to the body.
Clegane is breathing heavily.

A nice glancing elbow lands by Koza.
