Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Mack Daddy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Darwin Dorsey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Darwin Dorsey!
The judges for this bout are Josh West, Roger Salmon and Colin Fray.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Daddy looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Dorsey tries to score with a low kick but Daddy moves his leg out of the way.
Daddy blocks a head kick by Dorsey.
Daddy looks to land a right hand but Dorsey moved out of range.
Daddy wants to clinch up but Dorsey keeps it at a distance.
Daddy throws a hook but Dorsey avoids it easily.
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Dorsey lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Daddy has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Daddy and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Daddy moves out of range of the strikes.
Nice straight punches there by Dorsey. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Dorsey.
Daddy tries to clinch but Dorsey is having none of it.

Daddy has closed the distance and engaged Dorsey in a clinch.
Dorsey goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Daddy pushes Dorsey back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Daddy lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Dorsey is trying to maintain a safe position but Daddy gets an underhook and turns Dorsey into the cage.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Daddy throws a nice elbow but it doesn't land.

Daddy throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Dorseys head.
Daddy tries to land a knee to the head but Dorsey blocks with his arms.
Daddy scores with an uppercut up the middle.

The ref breaks the fighters up, due to lack of action by Darwin Dorsey.

Dorsey is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Daddy creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Daddy jerks Dorsey's head down, straight into the path of a devastating knee! Dorsey drops to the floor in a crumpled heap! Daddy goes to throw a finishing haymaker but pulls out - good sportsmanship from Daddy because Dorsey was completely out of it. That was a nice finish - just the right level of brutality to send everyone home happy.
