PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Concealed Weapon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Scooby Ali (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Weapon has a slight injury, which hopefully won't affect the fight too much. Scooby Ali has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Concealed Weapon's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ali lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Weapon at a distance.
Weapon avoids the head kick by Ali.
Weapon moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Ali lands with a nice body punch.
Weapon is breathing heavily.
An inside leg kick from Weapon misses.
Nice body punch from Ali.
Ali connects with a body shot that sends Weapon's belly button to the back.
Crunch! Ali slams his shin into Weapon's torso.
Ali comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Ali lands a nice hook to Weapon's body. Weapon takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Ali is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Weapon rather than just go for the knockout.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Ali scoring well with a low kick there.
Ali misses the shot to the body.
Weapon takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.

Ali lands a slapping body shot.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Ali. Weapon shrugs it off though.

Ali lands a big head kick that sends Weapon tumbling to the mat! Ali takes a step backwards and waves Weapon back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Weapon is rocked!
Ali steps in with a hook that catches Weapon right on the chin and knocks him to the floor! Ali follows him down with more strikes and that's all she wrote! Weapon looks absolutely devastated.
