Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Andre Taylor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Taylor's entrance music is Body Head Anthem. A fine choice. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Taylor throws a good cross that connects.
Taylor throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Smith misses the jab.
Taylor throws a series of punches but Smith moves out of range.
Smith swats away the attempt to clinch by Taylor.
Taylor tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Taylor slips a straight right by Smith.
Taylor is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Smith.

It looks like Andre Taylor has been cut.
Taylor throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Smith decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Taylor's guard.
Taylor will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Smith with a flurry of punches that miss.
Smith seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Smith trying to control the position from guard on top but Taylor is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Smith is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.
Smith is working Taylor over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Taylor is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.

Smith gets to his feet - Taylor follows without any prompting.
Smith scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.

Taylor closes the distance looking to clinch
and Smith counters with a series of strikes. Taylor will be more careful next time no doubt.

Smith looks to land a left hand but Taylor moved out of range nicely.

Smith goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Oh Taylor is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Smith closes the distance and lands a crisp combination that knocks Taylor out cold! Taylor corner are devastated, head in hands behind our commentary position. Poor guys.
