The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Kang.
Kang fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Kang shoots in for a takedown but Doolin shows good takedown defense.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Nick Kang. That's going to take a lot out of him.
The crowd cheers as Doolin lands an impressive looking overhand right. Kang doesn't seem phased though.
Doolin throws a leg kick but Kang checks it.
Doolin goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.

Kang scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.

Doolin is trying to escape and get back to his feet.

Kang cracks Doolin with a big right hand but Doolin just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.
Kang landing a few strikes.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Doolin is working to avoid the ground and pound but Kang connects with a decent elbow.

A big shot lands for Kang! That's hurt Doolin! Will he recover? Kang fires away with more strikes and the referee has to step in to stop the fight!
