Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Santiago Calirante (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rex Tyler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Calirante comes to the cage accompanied by Bob Marley - I Shot The Sheriff. The crowd seem to be enjoying Tyler's choice of entrance music: Solonen ja Kosola - RÄPPII . There are an array of beautiful celebrities at ringside tonight! I wonder if any of them paid for their tickets.

The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Nard Betker and Saam Ante.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
No luck with that takedown attempt from Tyler.
Tyler shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Calirante sprawls well. Calirante wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Tyler gets slowly back to his feet.
Calirante jabbing away but nothing is landing.
A jab from Calirante finds it's way through Tyler's defenses.
Tyler is looking to clinch but Calirante is avoiding it.
Calirante swings and misses with a shot to the body

and Tyler counters with a single leg into guard. Calirante didn't expect that.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Calirante throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Calirante looks to land a combination but Tyler avoids it well.
Tyler moves out of range of the body kick from Calirante.
Calirante fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Tyler manages to avoid it.
Tyler shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Calirante as he jumps to the side.
Santiago Calirante has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rex Tyler.
Tyler is trying hard to land a takedown here. Calirante sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Calirante throws a body kick but he was well out of range there.
Calirante dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Tyler. That did some damage!
Tyler slips a straight right by Calirante.

and Calirante counters with a three punch combination, finished off with a leg kick. Nice work.

Tyler gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.

Tyler gets tagged by a hook that puts him to sleep! Calirante points and yells something to his unconcious foe before strutting off. Tyler wakes up just in time to hear Calirante thank his coaches in the post fight interview.
