The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mc Vetrol missing with a left hand there. Alvares Pereira was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

Mc Vetrol sends Alvares Pereira crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Mc Vetrol is motioning to the referee to let Alvares Pereira up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

It looks like Nuno Alvares Pereira has been cut.
Alvares Pereira fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Mc Vetrol avoids it really well and circles away.

Alvares Pereira drives through and clinches with Mc Vetrol against the cage.

A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
