The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Phillips has managed to clinch.
Shovkovskyj has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Phillips regains guard immediately.
Our spies down at at island top team inform us that Phillips has really been working on his submissions in the buildup to this fight. Will it pay off?
