Materla is pushing down on Caiazzo's leg trying to pass to half guard. Caiazzo is fighting to maintain full guard but Materla has managed to sneak the leg through.

Materla maintaining the dominant position here and is working for a kimura. He's locked it up! Caiazzo could be in real trouble here! He's trying to wriggle out but Materla has cracked it and Caiazzo is screaming in pain - he's tapped out! Great finish by Materla!
